I will be presenting the seminar, “Everything You Want to Know about Gmail,” on Tuesday, January 14th from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. The seminar will be held at the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau’s Administrative Office, 45 Sunset Drive, Sedona. Seating is limited, so please register by calling the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau at 928-204-1123, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This presentation will show you how to use Gmail effectively. I will show how to change the way this program is displayed on your computer, how to modify the look of your email text, how to set up signatures and a vacation notification, and what stars are used for.
I will also show you how to create and use labels to categorize your emails, which will make it much easier for you to find a specific email. In addition, you will learn how to forward all of your emails to Gmail from other email accounts, so that you can view all of your emails in one place. You will also learn how to filter spam so that it gets deleted automatically. Many other tips will also be presented.
You will receive a six-page handout, which gives you detailed, step-by-step directions to use Gmail effectively. Everything covered in this seminar will be spelled out in this handout, as well as additional information not covered in the seminar.
